Anesthesia is always included in the price.
This is the most common type of anesthesia used in dentistry. This significantly relieves pain and leaves the patient with only tactile touch sensitivity.
There are four methods of local anesthesia in dentistry:
Application anesthesia or surface anesthesia. It is most often used as a primary means of anesthetizing the surface of the oral cavity. This is often a gel or spray that contains an anesthetic.
Infiltration anesthesia is a method of injecting a local anesthetic into the tissues in the immediate vicinity of the teeth. The most common type of anesthesia used in dentistry.
Conductive anesthesia. This method is used for both upper and lower jaw anesthesia. Conductive anesthesia is used primarily in surgical procedures to block the transmission of nerve impulses in a short period of time.
Under regional anesthesia, the medicine is given near the skull to block the activity of the trigeminal nerves. Used in inpatient care when the patient being treated is very sensitive to pain.
