3. Next, you should send us documents to help assess your health.

5. The cost of the medical program. The price we offer includes treatment, organizational services and professional planning and execution services, excl. those for which a separate fee must be paid (cultural program). Transfer from the point of arrival to the clinic and back.
6. Payment procedure. Payment for the program is made in the order of service provision, at pre-agreed prices directly at the clinic, without prior payment online or without advances.
7. Invitation to the clinic and arrival. You will be sent a formal invitation to visit the clinic, a contract for the provision of medical services, a contract for transport services, accident insurance, transfer and accommodation.
